How many people fall into the trap of feeling this or feeling the pressure form others?
I personally like the comments of a responder (jeremiah Wang)
I find it easiest to divide my communications as follows:
1) phone: extremely urgent information that demands immediate response
2) text: important information that requires a reply within a few hours
3) email: information that requests a reply within a few days, even a week (after 1 week, I start wondering if the other party received my email)
4) letters (yes I occasionally still write using pen and paper!): other than required documents, I use snail mail for letters that require a lot of thought and emotion.
