Steven Pressfield starts to unpack the difference between the artist and the addict, or those that get work done and those who want to get work done.

I have to ask myself if I am running away from the things I need to do.  Am I using the pursuit of knowledge, or gathering all the facts before I start, as just another form of procrastination? And convincing myself that it is a form of intellectualism.

I think many of us do.  And I have to think that many of us “think” too much.  We would be better off turning it off and rolling up our sleeves and getting things done.
