Architecture and the Lost Art of Drawing – NYTimes.com

As a drawing fan, and as one who is in that inter-generational group of people, who have been taught and use both, this is an interesting article.  I especially like the connection Michael Graves makes between “reading” words on a page vs. “reading or hearing” words from an audio book.  Is there something that is lost??
